工程概况：
香港青山电厂是CLPP（中华电力）下的一个大型的燃煤火电发电厂，CLPP是香港两大电力公司之一，为香港提供大部分电力。其中电厂的煤场输煤系统均采用美国Rockwell Automation公司的产品。该电厂有两台新的CSU连续卸船机，均为日本IHI公司生产。由于这两台卸船机是新增的，所以没有和老的系统实现数据交换，因为以太网IP网段不同。后来向Hp公司采购一套SCADA数据采集系统，需要从CSU上读取数据。然而问题出现了，工程师一旦将CSU接口以太网线接上，便导致整个输煤系统网络堵塞而使系统瘫痪。后来发现，老的系统里控制网网络本身就存在一些问题，网络的CPU资源占用率很高，所以需要对该系统重新网络优化，这也就是我们这个项目的最主要目的，同时解决一些其他有客户提出的问题。
